All Smartcards and CI-Modules are being shipped in original state, unless stated otherwise. We do decline any liability for any illegal use of these products. The liability for use is solely at the customer's side.
Programmable SmartCards, CI-Modules and Programmers are tested before shipping and are sold without warranty (except for defects by the manufacturer).
Erotic PayTV
Our erotic pay-tv-subscriptions allow the viewing of pornographic material and are therefore sold only to registered companies or to customers with valid proof of age. We do decline any liability, should the buyer offend against the current legal restrictions concerning pornography (Swiss StGb Art. 197).
Software
Warranty does not include damage by incorrectly installed or corrupt software. |
